I'm a Product Designer who works from research through to production code. I design systems that hold up after handoff, accessible by default, and built the way developers actually build.
I started with a pencil. A Visual Arts diploma, years of drawing, and a stubborn interest in why some things feel effortless to use and others don't.That question took me into frontend development first. I spent two years building L'Oréal's international sites at OSF Global Services, writing production code, working inside a real engineering team, learning what happens to a design after handoff. It taught me something most designers learn late: a beautiful spec that can't be built isn't a design, it's a wish.So I moved into design carrying the code with me. Seven years later I've delivered 92 projects across SaaS, healthcare, education, construction, and gaming, and spent two years as the sole designer on Startup Insider's platform redesign, 100+ screens, shipped live, without ever taking the product down.

I run the whole pipeline: discovery, research, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, WCAG audits, developer handoff. I've done this solo for up to eight clients at once, which taught me to make decisions fast and defend them with evidence rather than taste.Accessibility isn't a checklist I run at the end. WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA is where I start, because a product that excludes people isn't finished.And I still speak developer fluently. I think in components, I know what's expensive to build, and I've never handed over something an engineer had to redesign to implement.
I speak five languages and I'm working on German which started as a practical thing and became the reason I travel. It's a different trip when you can talk to people. At home I make things with my hands. DIY projects around the house, cooking, a garden I'm slowly getting better at. I read constantly. Yoga keeps me steady, which matters when you've spent the day arguing with a design system.I think it's the same instinct as the pencil I started with: figure out how something works, then make it work better.
